nVent leases Goodyear facility, plans more than 200 jobs
Production at the 400,000-square-foot site is expected to begin mid-2027

Electrical products manufacturer nVent Electric has leased a 400,000-square-foot facility in Goodyear and expects to employ more than 200 people once the site is fully operational.
Production is expected to begin in mid-2027, according to an Oct. 27 company news release.
The facility will make buildings that house electrical equipment for power companies, data centers and industrial sites.
“Demand for our engineered building products continues to grow as customers invest in grid modernization, power reliability and other critical infrastructure projects,” stated Sara Zawoyski, president of nVent Systems Protection.
