OPINION — I am proud to support Donna Davis’s reelection to the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board.
I have known Donna for many years, and during that time we have worked together on numerous educational, community relations and leadership initiatives. Through every project and committee, Donna has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to serving students, families and our community.
Donna’s passion for education is evident in her dedication to creating opportunities that help students succeed. She consistently advocates for affordable pathways to higher education, expanded bachelor’s degree opportunities within the community college system and programs that prepare students for sustainable, meaningful careers.
She understands the importance of making college accessible for all and works tirelessly to remove barriers that prevent students from achieving their goals.
What sets Donna apart is not only her experience and leadership, but also her genuine heart for service. She listens, collaborates and works hard to ensure that decisions are made with students' best interests in mind. Time and again, she has proven herself to be a thoughtful and effective advocate for educational excellence and student success.
I strongly encourage District 4 voters to support for Donna Davis. Her dedication, vision and proven record of service make her an outstanding choice to continue serving on the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board.
