GSQ based university starts in-person classes in new year

Avila University plans to begin in-person instruction at its Goodyear campus in January 2026, expanding its graduate education presence in Arizona.

The university has already started offering online classes through its Arizona location. The Goodyear campus will support graduate programs in business and technology management, university officials said.

Initial degree offerings include an MBA in project management, an MBA in health care administration, and a Master of Science in technology management with concentrations in artificial intelligence, business analytics and data science. Additional graduate programs may be added as the campus develops.

Planned campus amenities include computer labs, collaborative learning spaces and a student services center providing housing support, career counseling and other resources.

Avila University previously announced plans to open the Goodyear campus to offer graduate programs beginning in fall 2025, with online classes already underway.
