Agua Fria administrator named juvenile corrections education superintendent

After 11 years with the Agua Fria Union High School District, Dr. Shelle Schlosser is leaving to become superintendent of education for the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections.
Schlosser previously served as director of nontraditional programs and federal programs director.
During the Oct. 14 governing board meeting, she thanked district leaders for supporting her professional development.
"It has been my greatest pleasure to grow as an administrator in this district," said Schlosser. "Please do not be surprised if a few of Agua Fria's best ideas end up at Adobe Mountain."
