The city of Goodyear has launched Goodyear311, a new digital platform designed to allow residents to report issues and request city services at any time, replacing the city’s previous “Report a Problem” system.
The tool is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Users can report concerns such as graffiti, broken streetlights, or road debris, as well as submit requests for services including trash container replacements, ADA accommodations, or pool drain authorizations.
“Goodyear311 is all about making it easier for our residents to stay connected and help keep our city running efficiently,” said Mayor Joe Pizzillo. “This tool gives everyone a fast, simple way to report an issue or request a service — right when they see it.”
According to the city, the new system offers an improved user experience with enhanced features and a more intuitive design.
To use the service, residents can visit the website, click “Request for Service,” enter the location, fill in the form, upload photos if available, and submit the request online.
City officials say Goodyear311 is part of ongoing efforts to increase accessibility and responsiveness in city services.
