The GEN1 office building at GSQ has reached 100% occupancy, a milestone city officials say signals a strengthening market for high-quality office space in the West Valley.
The 103,630-square-foot Class A building, developed by Globe Corporation, reached full capacity with a tenant base spanning healthcare, education, financial services, and engineering. Major occupants include co-working provider Spaces, which occupies more than 22,000 square feet, and Avila University Arizona, which dedicated 17,000 square feet to higher education.
“This marks a significant milestone in our vision of innovation, collaboration, and economic growth,” said Mayor Joe Pizzillo. “We extend our welcome to the businesses at GEN1 and look forward to their continued success in Goodyear.”
The building’s roster includes a concentration of professional firms such as Raymond James, Edward Jones, and Bell Bank Mortgage, alongside specialized healthcare provider American Vision Partners and engineering group Dibble Engineers.
“Seeing such a strong mix of businesses at GEN1 is a testament to the appeal of this state-of-the-art building and the continued growth of Goodyear. We look forward to building on this momentum as GSQ evolves,” said George Getz, Co-CEO of Globe Corporation.
