Goodyear technology chief receives leadership award

Goodyear Chief Information Officer Lisa Faison has received a 2026 Women Leading IT Award from Info-Tech Research Group, the city announced.

The research and advisory firm recognizes women in information technology for leadership, innovation, promoting inclusive workplaces and supporting future technology leaders.

Faison oversees Goodyear’s technology strategy and operations, including systems that support city employees and services for residents.

“This award is a reflection of the people I have the privilege of working with and what we accomplish together,” Faison stated in a city news release.

Faison was selected from hundreds of nominees for the broader 2026 Info-Tech Awards program, according to the city.
