The Andersen Corporate Foundation has announced more than $1.2 million in spring 2026 grants to 86 nonprofit organizations nationwide, including several key funding allocations targeted at West Valley community programs.
The latest philanthropic round prioritizes access to safe housing, hunger relief, education, and skilled trades training. To ensure the investments address regional priorities, local funding decisions were guided by a committee of Andersen employees based in Goodyear.
West Valley and Maricopa County grant recipients include:
$10,000 to support transitional housing, eviction prevention, and stabilization services for homeless veterans or those at risk of homelessness.
$5,000 to fund emergency shelter, transitional housing, and case management services for families in the Goodyear area.
$5,000 to support trauma-informed care and shelter services for foster youth who have experienced abuse or neglect.
$5,000 to support the Medical Food Box Program, which delivers nutritious food to low-income households managing chronic health conditions.
The foundation also directed $130,000 toward national capital campaigns for domestic violence and poverty shelters in other states, alongside $120,000 dedicated to manufacturing and construction trade education programs.
Established in 1941, the Andersen Corporate Foundation has donated more than $75 million to community initiatives since its inception.
