Gabriela Villarreal recently joined the Southwest-Litchfield office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. Previously employed at Wells Fargo, Villarreal brings her financial experience to the real estate sector.
“I was drawn to real estate because it allows me to help people with the biggest purchase of their life,” said Villarreal. “I chose to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because it offers many educational programs and support systems to help me better assist my clients.”
Coldwell Banker Realty in Arizona operates 16 offices with over 1,000 independent agents across the state. The Southwest-Litchfield office offers mortgage, title, insurance, and concierge services at 1616 N Litchfield Rd in Goodyear.
According to Andrea Cuadros, the branch manager, the Southwest-Litchfield office is committed to providing agents with the necessary tools and training to thrive in a competitive market. “We work hard, train, educate, and celebrate. This is truly a 'Culture of Awesomeness,'” Cuadros said.
