I just read in the Independent that Liberty Water is experiencing ongoing water pressure problems. I live in Goodyear north of Interstate 10, serviced by Liberty Water, and have too experienced water pressure problems.
If Liberty Water is experiencing supply and pressure issues, why are these cities allowing the construction of hundreds of single-family rentals, many three- and four-story apartment buildings along Pebble Creek, Estrella Parkway and Virginia or Encanto Boulevard? Why are these cities allowing the construction of companies that use tremendous amounts of water like Microsoft?
There should be a moratorium or delay on building until the water companies can assure the current residents that there is enough water for them before they balloon the West Valley with construction that they cannot support with water supplies.
