Luke Days lead to road closures in Glendale

West Valley drivers should prepare for road closures surrounding the Luke Days event on Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22.

Attendees are encouraged to identify alternate routes and parking areas prior to arriving to ensure proper navigation and reduce traffic congestion.

Restrictions include:

• Glendale Avenue, between Dysart and Litchfield roads, will be limited to local traffic only.
  • The complete closure begins west of the Glendale and 137th avenues intersection.

• Litchfield Road, between Camelback Road and Northern Avenue will be limited to local traffic only.
  • From the north, complete closure begins at Litchfield Road and the North Gate intersection
  • From the south, complete closure begins north of the Litchfield Road and the South Gate intersection.

Road closures will be in effect from approximately 5 a.m. Saturday and will remain in place through 6 p.m. Sunday.
