Kura Sushi USA, Inc. will open its first Goodyear location on March 27, expanding its presence in Arizona.
The 3,000-square-foot restaurant at 1670 N. Bullard Ave., Suite 100, will host a grand opening celebration from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., including giveaways.
Kura Sushi features a revolving sushi bar concept in which plates circulate on a conveyor system, while additional made-to-order items are delivered directly to diners’ tables. The menu includes sushi, hot dishes and desserts.
The company, a U.S. subsidiary of Japan-based Kura Sushi Inc., has grown to dozens of locations nationwide since its domestic debut in 2009. The brand emphasizes fresh ingredients and preparation without artificial preservatives or colorings.
The Goodyear restaurant will be the chain’s fourth location in Arizona.
