A new wave of restaurants, retail services and a boutique Pilates studio is coming to GSQ, expanding Goodyear's downtown mixed-use development.
Developers announced that Paris Baguette, Zara Nail Bar, Handel’s Ice Cream, Reformed Pilates, Berry Divine Acai Bowls and Magdalena’s have signed leases to join the project.
Paris Baguette and Zara Nail Bar will each occupy about 3,000 square feet and are expected to open by the end of 2026. Handel’s Ice Cream plans to open an approximately 1,800-square-foot shop in early 2027, featuring a patio and outdoor seating designed as a community gathering space.
Berry Divine Acai Bowls is scheduled to open in fall 2026 on the Civic Square side of the development. The Goodyear location will be the brand’s 11th and will offer organic acai bowls and a health-focused menu.
Reformed Pilates will bring a boutique fitness studio focused on small-group instruction and intentional movement. The studio will offer classes for a range of experience levels and emphasize a community-driven approach. Construction is expected to begin this year.
Magdalena’s will introduce a chef-driven restaurant influenced by Latin culture, with a design centered around a main kitchen and fire feature. The layout will integrate indoor and outdoor dining into a single connected space.
Previously announced tenants include Black Rock Coffee Bar, Fogo de Chão, California Fish Grill, CAVA and Veterinary Emergency Group, a 24-hour animal hospital, all expected to open in 2026. Nordstrom Rack is slated to open in spring 2027.
