Goodyear to host free ‘Alice in Wonderland’ performance

The City of Goodyear will present a free outdoor performance of Alice in Wonderland this weekend as part of its Theater in the Park series.

The production follows a young girl who falls down a rabbit hole into a whimsical world of peculiar characters and surreal adventures.

The event is scheduled for March 28 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Bullard Wash Amphitheater, located within Bullard Wash Park. Organizers encourage attendees to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.

In addition to the live performance, local food trucks will be on site, offering a variety of dining options for guests.

City officials say the event is designed to provide a family-friendly cultural experience and an opportunity for the community to gather outdoors.

The performance is free and open to the public.
