Goodyear police announce new date for National Night Out

Goodyear’s 2025 National Night Out has been rescheduled after storms forced the community event’s cancellation earlier this month.

The family-friendly gathering will now take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 at the Goodyear Recreation Campus, 420 S. Estrella Parkway.

Hosted by the Goodyear Police Department, the event is part of a nationwide initiative aimed at strengthening relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve. It will feature bounce houses, a petting zoo, face painting, games, giveaways, food trucks and appearances from public safety units, including police helicopters.

City officials said the new date will offer residents another opportunity to enjoy the evening and engage with local officers in a relaxed setting.

Admission is free and open to the public.
