Goodyear Crossing Industrial Park reaches full occupancy

Posted

Barnhart Crane and Rigging has leased the entire 86,875-square-foot space at Goodyear Crossing Industrial Park,  marking full occupancy for the newly completed facility.

The lease was announced by ViaWest Group, a Phoenix-based real estate investment and development firm, which owns and manages the property. The industrial site, located at Sarival Avenue and Commerce Drive in Goodyear, includes a three-acre secured yard, a fully air-conditioned warehouse, and 15 dock positions.

“This lease with Barnhart not only showcases the strategic appeal of Goodyear Crossing Industrial Park, Phase II, but also aligns with our ongoing efforts to provide high-quality industrial spaces,” said Danny Plapp, director of leasing at ViaWest Group. “The property’s expansive three-acre yard was a key factor in this lease, offering Barnhart the flexibility required for their operations.”

The facility is within an Opportunity Zone, which may offer tax benefits for businesses investing in the area. It also provides access to major distribution corridors, including Interstate 10.

Barnhart Crane and Rigging, a national company specializing in heavy lifting and rigging services, was represented in the lease by Matt Bustamante of Trilogy Commercial Real Estate. Allen Lowe, Jeff Conrad, and Ryan Hingst of Lee & Associates represented ViaWest Group.

“Barnhart is excited to have finalized a lease with ViaWest for this storage facility, allowing us to better assist our clients with their transient storage needs,” said Dan Dumas, branch manager at Barnhart.
