Cox opens retail store in Goodyear

Cox Communications has opened a new retail store in Goodyear, providing customers with in-person access to its products and services.

The store, located at 833 S. Cotton Lane, Suite 4, offers equipment, accessories and interactive demonstrations, as well as assistance from staff. Customers can also sign up for or manage Cox Mobile service, including device purchases and service plans.

In addition to retail services, the location allows customers to pay bills and learn about eligibility for discounted internet programs. These include Connect2Compete, aimed at families with school-age children, and ConnectAssist, which serves seniors, veterans and military members.

“Our retail stores are important to the customers and communities we serve,” said Susan Anable, Phoenix market vice president for Cox Communications, in a statement. “These locations provide an opportunity for customers to access technology products and receive support in person.”

Cox Communications is a broadband company operating in more than 30 states. Its network serves more than 12 million homes and businesses.
