Posted

Agua Fria Food  and Clothing Bank is hiring a full-time operations manager to oversee daily functions at its Avondale facility and support services for Southwest Valley residents facing food insecurity and crisis.

Founded as a faith-based nonprofit, the organization provides emergency food, clothing, and other essential resources to individuals and families in need. Each year, it serves roughly 50,000 people across the region. According to the organization, about 2 million Arizona residents experience food insecurity annually, and one in three children in the state live in poverty.

The operations manager will be responsible for supervising daily logistics, coordinating volunteers, managing donation pickups, maintaining data and compliance records, and assisting with program reporting. The role also supports event planning, facility maintenance, and board communications.
