Agua Fria Union High School District reviews school boundaries

The Agua Fria Union High School District is inviting the community to review a draft of proposed changes to its high school boundaries.

These changes could impact school assignments, transportation routes, and enrollment patterns. They are being considered in response to factors like population growth and enrollment management.

The district is holding a series of public meetings to present the proposed boundary changes and gather feedback.

The meetings will take place at 6 p.m. in the Performing Arts Centers at the following high school campuses:

  • Thursday, Nov. 14: Canyon View High School and Verrado High School
  • Monday, Nov. 18: Millennium High School

These meetings are open to all community members, including parents, staff, students, local businesses, and government representatives. This is the second of five study sessions, giving attendees multiple opportunities to participate at the date and location most convenient for them.

It is important to note that currently enrolled students will remain at their existing schools, even if the new boundaries affect their home area.

Visit aguafria.org for additional information on the proposed boundary changes or to learn more about the upcoming meetings.
