Over Easy, a Phoenix-based breakfast restaurant, will open its 17th location on Saturday, Feb. 22, in Goodyear.

The new restaurant will be in the GSQ district of downtown Goodyear at 1845 N. Globe Drive. 

“It’s an exciting moment for us as we open our very first Goodyear location, starting off 2025 on a high note,” stated Brian Terpay, COO of Over Easy. “We’re eager to introduce our brand to this vibrant city, and we can’t wait to be part of the Goodyear community, offering great service to both new and returning customers.”

The new location, designed by Aline Architecture Concepts and Social Design Studio, will feature a main dining room, bar and patio, and will serve guests seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch. 

The menu will include items such as Banana Nut French Toast, Golden Waffle Dogs, Chilaquiles, the Monte Cristo, and various salads and sandwiches. 

 Over Easy locations are known for their modern diner décor and atmosphere. The brand has been featured on the Food Network's “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives”, in “Bon Appétit” magazine, and in “Travel + Leisure” for its breakfast offerings.

 In addition to the Goodyear location, Over Easy plans to open two more locations in 2025, one in north Phoenix and another in Buckeye, bringing the total number of locations to 19 by the end of the year. 

The restaurant is also hiring for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions.
