Richmond American Homes announces the opening of Portfolio at Lucero in Goodyear.

Richmond American Homes will open its newest neighborhood, Portfolio at Lucero, 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26. The community is located within the master-planned development of Estrella.
Portfolio at Lucero will include 92 homesites and offer five floor plans. The residences offer 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, and 2- to 3-car garages.
Two model homes will be available for tours during the grand opening:
A one-story, 2,370-square-foot floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2-car garage. This home also serves as the neighborhood's sales office.
A two-story, 2,800-square-foot floor plan with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 2-car garage.
Located in the West Valley, Estrella is a master-planned community. Resident amenities include community centers, pools, fitness centers, parks, trails, lakes, open space, and a golf course.
The grand opening coincides with the "Ballet Under the Stars" event, presented by Estrella, Ballet Arizona, and the City of Goodyear. The performance is free and begins at 7 p.m. at the Estrella Lakeside Amphitheater. Estrella is also hosting a New Home Tour of its neighborhoods from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., featuring over 40 homes.
