New community to begin leasing in Goodyear

Leasing begins for Sonita, a new build-to-rent development in Goodyear. The project, managed by 29th Street Living and developed by 29th Street Development, is scheduled to open leasing on Sept. 8.

Located on Lower Buckeye Road, Sonita consists of stand-alone rental homes and shared amenities typical of multifamily housing.

Plans for the community include a pool, fitness center and common gathering areas. The homes have private front doors and upgraded finishes, according to the developer. The development offers one to three bedroom living spaces.
