Downtown Goodyear’s GSQ is celebrating another business opening.
F45, a functional high-intensity interval training focused gym, will have its ribbon cutting ceremony 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at 633 S. Estrella Blvd.
F45 is an international fitness company with 11 Arizona studios that combine Pilates, tone and yoga for a full body workout in each class. Its opening is one of many coming to GSQ before the end of the year.
The F45 festivities start early, between 7 a.m. and noon. F45 will host vendor booths, food trucks and a gift basket raffle with a gym membership and vendor prizes and gift cards.
