Sun City temple offers series on contemporary American Judaism

How has American Judaism changed over the past half-century, and where is it headed next?

Those questions will be at the heart of Temple Beth Shalom of the West Valley’s three-session course, “Contemporary American Judaism,” led by Rabbi Dana Evan Kaplan, author of “Contemporary American Judaism: Transformation and Renewal.”

The sessions will be 10–11:30 a.m. Sept. 17 and 24, and Oct. 1, at Temple Beth Shalom, 12202 N. 101st Ave.
