OPINION — I just finished reading the opinions page and was thinking about all the people that pay the Recreation Centers of Sun City fee each year and do not use the facilities.
Maybe with the excessive costs increasing each year for repairs and upkeep, an option may be to downsize. Consolidate the offerings into less buildings and close some centers as a way of cutting costs.
