A Ma’s Kitchen & Pho is a family-run Vietnamese eatery in the Chandler Ranch shopping center, a few doors from the 99 Ranch market,on the northeast corner of Chandler Boulevard and Dobson Road.
The eatery offers at least 10 types of pho, or noodle soup, including prime rib, Nam-brisket, rare steak and other beef, chicken and seafood.
There are only two appetizers — spring rolls and egg rolls — but there are coffee, various teas and soft drinks.
The hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day.
