Optimize U’s lone Arizona franchise is celebrating its second anniversary at 610 N. Alma School Road, Suite 48, Chandler. The hormone and peptide therapy clinic, owned by Leslie Karr, an Air Force veteran and nurse practitioner, opened in November 2024.

Optimize U’s lone Arizona franchise is celebrating its second anniversary at 610 N. Alma School Road, Suite 48, Chandler.

The hormone and peptide therapy clinic, owned by Leslie Karr, an Air Force veteran and nurse practitioner, opened in November 2024.

Optimize U is geared toward men ages 30 and older and women navigating perimenopause and menopause through hormone replacement therapy memberships and peptide therapy. Lab work takes place ahead of any treatment.
