The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission will vote on whether to approve a conditional-use permit for a Grease Monkey auto service center during its next meeting.
Andrea Morton, of Hover Architecture, requested the permit with site plan to allow for a 2,422-square-foot minor service center on a vacant half-acre parcel west of Bullard Avenue and south of Cactus Road within the Rancho Gabriela planned area development.
The commission meets at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
