Chocolate lovers in Surprise received a big treat Aug. 20 with the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Russell Stover Chocolates at 16340 W. Waddell Road, Suite 100.
Surprise store manager Felicia Purpura participated in the ribbon cutting with Surprise Assistant Economic Development Director Mike Hoover.
Members of the Parks and Recreation and Sports, Entertainment and Culture departments also took part in the festivities. They also included Russell Stover administrators Angela Ellsworth, Christi Jones and Alejandro Piper.
