The Surprise City Council is expected to approve a new sublease with Native American Connections to take over operations of the West Valley Housing Assistance Center.
The approval would allow Native American Connections to manage the center on property leased from the city at 12779 W. Grand Ave. and 12785 W. Grand Ave.
The matter is part of the consent agenda for the Tuesday, Aug. 4, regular council meeting. It starts at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza. There is no work session before the regular meeting.
