During an emergency medical situation with a loved one, having critical information ready can help save a life.

After her husband passed out on the kitchen floor, Sun City West resident Maryann Jefferies thought the worst. She lay down next to him, calling 911.

“I did not know what to do,” she said. “I was just beating on his chest, and when paramedics got there I was not able to say anything.”
