Sun City heat back to triple digits for Labor Day weekend

After a brief hiatus, the triple digit temperatures are back in Sun City, according to The Weather Channel.

The high for Friday reaches 101 degrees but is partly cloudy, providing some shade for those out and about. The low is 83 degrees.

The temperature is only expected to rise as the weekend drags on, with a high of 102 degrees on Saturday. The low is expected to be 84 degrees.

The low for Sunday is also expected to be 84 degrees, but the high will be around 104 degrees. This is also likely to be the windiest day of the weekend with 14 mph winds, according to the website.

Looking forward to Labor Day Monday, residents can expect the hottest day of the weekend. The high temperature is expected to be 105 degrees.
