The Recreation Centers of Sun City held its monthly board meeting Sept. 24 to provide members an update on RCSC happenings.
RCSC President Tom Foster told those in attendance that the board has an intention to sponsor “several amendments to the articles of incorporation.”
“Over the past year, the RCSC board of directors has made it a priority to review our governing documents to ensure they are consistent with Arizona law and continue to serve the needs of our organization and its members,” he said. “As part of that effort, we’ve worked to bring our bylaws into alignment with current Arizona revised statutes and we are now undertaking a similar review of the RCSC’s articles of incorporation.”
