Nearly 20 years ago, photographer Kendrick Brinson set out on a mission to photograph Sun City’s residents, activities and way of life. Now, as her new book “Sun City: A Love Letter to the Golden Years” is set for publishing, she’s found friends and has had experiences she may never forget.
Brinson grew up listening to stories about journalism from her mom, which she found incredibly interesting.
“I’m just a very curious person, so I was always excited to hear her stories,” she said. “She got to peer into these different people’s lives.”
