While still not official, the last two updates of Glendale City Council vote totals have been larger, and have served to solidify newcomer Lupe Conchas' lead over Cactus District incumbent Ian Hugh. Conchas still leads the only competitive council race in Glendale as of Friday night. At 6:31 p.m., 262 more Cactus District votes came in and bolstered his lead to 64 votes, at 2,145 to Hugh's 2,081.
