Chandler 'Good Neighbor 101' classes start Sept. 16

Posted

Good Neighbor 101, a free educational program offered by Chandler's Neighborhood Programs Office, returns for another series starting Sept. 16.

During the three 90-minute sessions offered during the month of September, Chandler residents will hear directly from city departments to learn about their services, resources and tools that impact their homes and surrounding community.

All sessions will be held from 4–5:30 p.m. at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, 249 E. Chicago St., Chandler.

Mark the calendar for the following sessions:

  • Class #1 | Wednesday, Sept. 16, Neighborhood Programs
  • Class #2 | Wednesday, Sept. 23, Connection & Impact Division and Community Services
  • Class #3 | Wednesday, Sept. 30, Water Quality and Water Conservation

The curriculum for this program varies each year, so residents have the opportunity to learn from different areas of the city.

Residents who attend all three sessions will be entered to win funding up to $1,000 from the neighborhood assistance program to be used toward their neighborhood's next event. Funds must be used by April 30, 2027.

Interested attendees must RSVP online at Good Neighbor 101, or by contacting Neighborhood Programs staff at 480-782-4362.
