Firm breaks ground on 2-building, 270K-square-foot Chandler Airpark industrial project

Seefried Industrial Properties, in partnership with WDP Partners, has broken ground on a new industrial project at 1703 S. Arizona Avenue in south Chandler.

Seefried Industrial Properties, in partnership with WDP Partners, has broken ground on a new industrial project at 1703 S. Arizona Avenue in south Chandler.

Situated on 16.7 acres just north of Germann Road, the two-building project will add 269,100 square feet of modern industrial space to the "Chandler Airpark submarket," the city’s fastest-growing employment corridor, according to a news release.

Completion is anticipated in the third quarter of 2027, the release states.
