A 78-lot attached single-residence development is planned on 5 acres about 270 feet east of the northeast corner of South Power Road and East Guadalupe Road in Mesa.
The Park North development’s look and landscaping were discussed during the Aug. 11 Mesa Design Review Board meeting. Board member Nicole Lynam was absent.
There are to be 21 two-story side-by-side units for a total of 48 dwelling units on the east, west and north sides of the project. The center of the project will be two-story front-to-back-type units connected on the first and ground floors, Staff Planner Charlotte Bridges said at the meeting.
