Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has announced the purchase of a 104,300-square-foot industrial building located south of Chandler Municipal Airport.
The buyer is Longpoint Partners, a Boston-based, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm. The sale price wasn’t disclosed.
Built in 2020, the building sits within the 67-acre master planned Chandler Airport Commerce Park. Cushman & Wakefield states the building was vacant at the time of the sale, though Feed the Children still lists the 3475 South McQueen Road building as one of its addresses.
