Gilbert has put together a 2024 holiday lights map to help residents plan a viewing route to see decorated homes and businesses.

Gilbert 311 and Alex, Gilbert’s data librarian, have partnered to crowdsource holiday light displays throughout the community. The map will be active through Jan. 6.

Residents can use the map to view photos and see the dates and times when the display is available for viewing.

For people who have their own display, they can be added by taking a photo the holiday light display at their home or business and submit it at gilbertaz.gov/311 or through the town's free Gilbert 311 app. Gilbert 311 users can sign into their account and submit their photo and additional information under the “Holiday Lights” category.

Twenty participants will win a Gilbert Water Tower holiday ornament. To enter the contest, residents can join the Gilbert Holiday Lights Map and submit their entry by Dec. 22.

Winners will be randomly chosen and notified via email on Dec. 23. Ornaments will be available for pickup at Gilbert Town Hall, 50 E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, during regular business hours starting Dec. 23.

Don't miss out on this festive opportunity to add a unique Gilbert touch to your holiday decorations.
