Gilbert loses key leaders as Kelly Pfost, Dawn Prince depart

Town seeing large staff turnover

Gilbert is losing two more key administrators, Budget Director Kelly Pfost and Assistant Town Manager Dawn Prince, continuing a string of high-level departures following former Town Manager Patrick Banger's exit in January.

The departures come as another assistant town manager, Leah Rhineheimer, is a finalist for Pima County administrator, potentially leaving Gilbert with another significant vacancy in its executive leadership.

The turnover follows the departures of Economic Development Director Dan Henderson, Assistant Economic Development Director Jennifer Graves and Intergovernmental Relations Manager Amy Arguilez.
