The Chandler Center for the Arts will offer a free musical theatre audition workshop a few days before it holds formal auditions for a classic production.
The workshop is set for adults age 18 and older. It’s from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Monday, July 27 at the Chandler Community Center, 125 E Commonwealth Ave, downtown Chandler.
Conducted by Showtune Productions’ artistic director Seth Reines and producer/musical director J.R. McAlexander, the workshop will help attendees prepare for professional musical theatre auditions through guidance on song selection, performance, resume and headshot preparation, audition etiquette and attire.
