Noble Ground, a small chain of Valley coffee shops that began opening fewer than three years ago, suddenly closed all eight of its locations, including one in the Ocotillo area of south Chandler.
The Ocotillo shop, in the Aldi shopping center on the northwest corner of Alma School and Queen Creek roads, was among the closures. No explanation has been given.
The chain, started as a business that could help raise money for charitable causes, removed all its locations from noblegroundcoffee.com and offered only this statement:
“Noble Ground Cafes are temporarily closed. Thank you for your understanding.”
