Expanding into the catering business is tough for any restaurant. But Shane’s Pizza on 87 in Chandler has already conquered some daunting business challenges.

That’s why manager Aly Amster says a strong regular clientele and careful planning and ordering are so important.

“I love that we have so many regular customers,” Amster said. “It’s like our own community within a community.”
