Chip Cookies will open Feb. 3 at 1805 E. Williams Field Road, suite A102, Gilbert. It is a gourmet cookie delivery company that sends boxes with four large, gourmet cookies chosen from its menu plus ice cold milk to customers. It also does nationwide shipping and delivery.
