Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of a property at 800 East Germann Road in the Chandler Airpark area, according to a news release. The property has a “Class A” industrial building that’s 113,110 square feet.

Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of a property at 800 East Germann Road in the Chandler Airpark area, according to a news release.

The property has a “Class A” industrial building that’s 113,110 square feet.

Oxford Properties, in partnership with Sagard Real Estate, sold the asset to Cohen Asset Management. Cushman & Wakefield represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction, though it declined to disclose the sale price.
