Both the average Chandler home sales price and the number of new listings in the city’s real estate were down in July, compared with July 2025, according to data from Phoenix Realtors.
Their board president says that’s part of what’s happening in all parts of the metro area.
“Chandler is experiencing many of the same affordability challenges we are seeing across the Valley, particularly with mortgage rates still in the upper 6% range,” Sammy Glassman said. “Higher monthly payments are causing some buyers to pause, which is reflected in pending sales being down 43.5% year over year.”
