Commercial development and design group Opus announced it’s completed Envision 56, according to a news release.
Envision 56 is a speculative industrial development near the intersection of North 56th Street and W. Chandler Blvd. in west Chandler. The 125,258-square-foot development includes both a 37,289-square-foot building and an 87,969-square-foot building, both designed specifically for small and mid-sized companies.
The 8.8-acre infill development provides nearby access to Loop 202, Loop 101 and I-10, placing users within minutes of the broader Phoenix metropolitan area, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Intel’s west Chandler campus, according to the release.
