Southern Steer is open on the southwest corner of Queen Creek and Alma School roads, at 1095 W. Queen Creek Road, suite 6 in south Chandler.

The chain has butcher shops in 12 states, though the Chandler shop follows Surprise as the second in Arizona.

Dry-aged steaks, artisanal meats from humanely-raised sources and other proteins, signature boxes and wine pairing are all part of the product line at most stores.
