A commercial real estate firm announced the sale of property that a child care facility is leasing.
Marcus & Millichap have announced the firm brokered a $3.35 million sale of a Busy Bees Childcare property on Ray Road in far west Chandler, according to a news release.
The name of the buyer wasn’t disclosed.
“An all-cash 1031 exchange buyer closed in under 40 days, allowing us to negotiate favorable terms for the seller and ensure a smooth, expedited closing at a strong price,” said Spencer Berkley.
Berkley, Mark Ruble, Chris Lind and Zack House, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Arizona limited liability company.
The 10,904-square-foot property is located at 3700 W. Ray Road. Busy Bees, according to the release, is an international childcare provider offering early education programs from infancy through elementary-school age.
The company operates 990 centers globally, including 119 in the U.S. and several in the Valley.
The facility is under lease with 15 years remaining and a corporate guarantee.
